We advice companies on capital structuring and introduction for investing in emerging markets, primarily but not limited to Africa and Asia Pacific. Our services include preparing or reviewing Business Plans and M&A. However, we do not package or sell securities of any kind. Our role is limited to assisting companies to prepare Business Plans as part of PPMs in conjunction with their securities, and to introduce them to licensed brokers and institutional investors notably Private Equity and Debt Capital (Lenders). All our services are geared towards investment in Emerging Markets. If necessary and appropriate, we coordinate the work of our clients' attorneys, brokers and investment bankers.
